Terms & Conditions

1. Lessons & Scheduling

• Lessons are booked in advance at a mutually agreed time.

• All lessons are delivered online via Zoom.

• If a student arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time. Extra time cannot be added.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• All lessons must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice to qualify for a refund or reschedule.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• If I need to cancel a lesson, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the lesson.

 

3. Payment

• Lesson fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Current rates are: €30 per 30 minutes or €50 per 60 minutes.

• Payment is accepted via Revolut, Paypal or Bank Transfer.

 

4. Technology Requirements

• Students are responsible for having a working instrument, a stable internet connection, and Zoom installed.

• I am not responsible for interruptions to lessons caused by the student’s technical issues.

 

5. Lesson Materials & Intellectual Property

• Any practice materials provided (tabs, sheet music, recordings, exercises) are for the student’s personal use only.

• These materials may not be copied, shared, or resold.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

​​

• I am not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of lessons.

• Students are responsible for practising safely and using their instrument correctly.

 

7. Code of Conduct

​​

• Lessons are to be conducted in a respectful, professional environment.

• Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of lessons without refund.

 

8. Changes to Terms

​​

• I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

• The latest version will always be available on this website. Continued booking of lessons implies acceptance of any updates.
